This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds, returns, cancellations and deposits are handled by SN BRICKS LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to this policy.
1. General Principles
We aim to provide high-quality products and professional construction services. All refund requests are reviewed individually and handled fairly in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Deposits
For construction and bricklaying services, a deposit is required to secure booking and scheduling.
Deposits cover preparation, planning, materials ordering and labour allocation.
Deposits may be refundable depending on the notice period and whether costs have already been incurred.
3. Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Work
f a service is cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled start date, the customer may:
• receive a full refund of the deposit
• transfer the deposit to a new booking date
4. Cancellation Between 3 and 7 Days
If cancellation occurs between 3 and 7 days before the project:
• a partial refund of the deposit may be offered
or
• the deposit may be transferred to a future booking
This depends on preparation work already completed.
5. Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled work, the deposit is usually non-refundable.
This is due to materials, scheduling and labour already arranged.
6. Project Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule instead of cancelling.
Where possible, the deposit will be transferred to a new date without additional charges.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Refunds After Work Has Started
Once work has started, refunds depend on:
• work already completed
• materials used or purchased
• labour time provided
Partial refunds may be considered only in specific situations.
8. Product Orders (Bricks & Materials)
For building materials and products:
• orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
• once dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed
Returns may be accepted only if items are unused and in original condition.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
• used or installed materials
• custom or bulk orders
• materials purchased specifically for a project
• damaged goods after delivery
10. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos and will offer replacement or refund where appropriate.
11. Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error or faulty goods.
12. Payment Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
We do not send refunds to alternative accounts.
13. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.
14. Payment Disputes
If a dispute is raised through a bank or provider (including Stripe), we will review all relevant details including communication and completed work.
We always aim to resolve disputes professionally and fairly.
